Everyone above mentions software that requires 3rd party servers which almost always charge monthly or yearly fees. ScreenConnect (http://www.screenconnect.com/) is an alternative that is self-hosted, thus eliminating those fees. SC can be hosted on any Windows based system and is much cheaper than LMI Rescue- definitely give it a try via SC’s 30 day free trial.
