Hi Laura,

Thanks! We created it ourselves. We revamped it a little and are currently collecting another round of data to compare with the results illustrated here.

Hi Victory,

The call-in number would help with accessibility. There is a great free service provided by Sprint (https://www.sprintcaptel.com/index.asp) for the hearing impaired. With a call-in number, the Sprint operator can call-in to the meeting and provide captions for the hearing impaired person. It is totally free. It's really great. That was one thing I was unable to test, the accessibility of WizIQ. I'm not sure if WizIQ would work with a screen reader for a visually impaired person.

Thanks for your comment.

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for your comment. Someone else also recommended Techinline. I will have to test it out and might recommend it our director so we can save some money (which is always nice :)).

Thanks for the information.

LogMeIn Free is a pretty good product, but it's obviously limited in functionality and is not of much use for commercial means...At the same time, the Rescue service is a bit pricey..I've recently switched over to Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) which is very easy to use since it is browser based and requires no installation on either end, and it's also a few times cheaper than LogMeIn Rescue while providing more than enough functionality. From what I've seen, that's probably the most reasonable pricing out there for remote access tools.
