RNC, TechInline, and Proxy Network's free trail version are all remote control software. Techinline does not require any installation, and LMI requires installation on all computers. Proxy's requires installation as well, but comes with some extra features. There is a growing list of great software out there.

Hi Laura,

Thanks! We created it ourselves. We revamped it a little and are currently collecting another round of data to compare with the results illustrated here.

Hi Victory,

The call-in number would help with accessibility. There is a great free service provided by Sprint (https://www.sprintcaptel.com/index.asp) for the hearing impaired. With a call-in number, the Sprint operator can call-in to the meeting and provide captions for the hearing impaired person. It is totally free. It's really great. That was one thing I was unable to test, the accessibility of WizIQ. I'm not sure if WizIQ would work with a screen reader for a visually impaired person.

Thanks for your comment.
